Do you offer professional installation services?
While Blue Leaf provides high-quality products, we do not perform installations directly. However, we can provide a list of recommended and certified contractors in your local area.
What is your return policy for tiles and ceramics?
Unused and undamaged tiles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-ordered items are final sale.
Are your bathroom fixtures covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our faucets, showerheads, and porcelain products come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 to 10 years, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Can I request a sample before committing to a full tile order?
